Safety comes first. If weather conditions are unsafe, we may adjust installation or removal timing to protect your property and the flag. You’ll still receive a proper display when conditions allow.
Is this permanent or seasonal?
Seasonal. Flags are installed for each holiday and removed shortly after. Nothing stays in your yard year-round.
When will I get my order?
Once you sign up, you’re added to our Lincoln installation schedule. Your flag will be installed several days before the next scheduled holiday and removed shortly after, giving you a clean, professional display for approximately 5–7 days.
You’ll receive confirmation and reminders before each installation, so you always know when to expect us.
Do I keep the flagpole?
No, the full flagpole and flag will remain in our possession, so you don't have to worry about maintenance or special tools.
What happens if I move?
If you move within Lincoln, we’ll transfer your service to your new address when possible. If you move outside our service area, just let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.
Is this a contract?
No long-term contract. No setup fees. The service renews annually, and you can cancel anytime.
Does this damage my grass or yard?
No. Our flagpoles are installed using a ground sleeve system, not concrete. This means no permanent holes, no cement, and no yard damage. After removal, the grass settles back naturally with minimal impact.
